Welcome to Beverlywood!

Developed in the 1940s by Walter Leimert, Beverlywood is one of the first incorporated communities in Southern CA. The HOA consists of 1,354 single-family homes, winding roads lined with mature trees, and the air of an easy small town in the heart of the city. Beverlywood and the adjacent areas are known for their wonderful schools, parks, and safe and neighborly feel. We have been proud supporters of Castle Heighs Elementary School and Hamilton High School for many years. Situated right between Beverly Hills, Century City, and Culver City, residents are never more than a few minutes away from wonderful restaurants and shopping options, and the proximity to the Metro E line and the 10 freeway makes it easy to commute almost anywhere.

Enjoy some of the wonderful offerings on South Robertson Blvd, like really great coffee at Undergrind cafe, and delicious chocolate chip cookies at Dolce Isola, or order a custom guitar from Asken Guitars. If you’re out for a stroll through the neighborhood, you may just run into our founder Tamar Asken, who was born in Beverlywood and is a longtime resident often seen walking her Shihtzu.
